Map is Non-Functional when 'View Kairos' is Selected in 'Echo Signal Unavailable' Areas
The map buttons and actions become non-functional if a player selects the 'View Kairos' prompt in the map menu, when they're located in an area where the 'Echo Signal Unavailable' error displays when opening the map itself.
