Loveless: 'Recursion' Augment Doesn't Provide Cooldown to Action Skills or Executable with Multiple Capstones Equipped
Loveless's 'Recursion' Augment states adding Contagion to new enemies provides additional cooldown to Action Skills and equipped Executables once the Executable kills an enemy, despite this feature not functioning correctly with either of her Executable override Capstones (replicate.exe and proliferat.exe).
